This current project involves building three buildings for Kāinga Ora. Building A is a 6-storey apartment block, consisting of 9 apartments. Building B is a 3-storey apartment block, consisting of 6 apartments. Building C consists of 4, 2-storey terrace houses.

Kāinga Ora Wilson Road

This project involved the construction of a 7-level apartment building, consisting of 42 units.
