Our latest project for Housing New Zealand is situated just around the corner from Sylvia Park, 20-22 Lynton Road is a 6-level development consisting of 12 two-bedroom and 18 one-bedroom units on 1592m2 of land. The structure uses a mixture of precast, structural steel and AFS logicwall. All units have a deck and are accessed via breezeways with a mixture of precast balustrades and aluminium screens.
