Library 27 as it is known, is a boutique luxury development in the heart of the education precinct in the upper part of Auckland’s CBD. The developer, a Belgian company based out of Monaco, has looked to bring European style and quality to the New Zealand market. Primarily a precast, concrete and steel structure over 18 levels, we are building 49 apartments along with a basement, a coffee kiosk and commercial retail space with office facilities. Spanish tile is being used extensively along with high end appliances, reconstituted stone bench tops and generous balconies. This project is undoubtedly our most quality focused one to date and we are looking forward to delivering this project to the clients high expectations.
