Our next accommodation project at Kensington Park operating under the Southpark development brand. Building 63 as it is referred to, consists of a full basement and 4 levels of residential apartments with 24 units in total. Primarily a concrete, precast and structural steel structure, it also involves pre-cut pre-nailed frames and lightweight roof trusses. The building cladding is typically weatherboard with a small amount of solid plaster. A number of feature positive trims, eyebrows and generally aesthetically pleasing detailing is the key strength of this development. The interiors are fitted out to a very high quality with high end fittings and fixtures. The building is also heavily serviced requiring a keen eye for coordination.
