This project involved the construction of the New Modern Learning Environment.

A two stage programme was required for the project. Stage 1 involved the construction of the new two level classroom block sitting in a dominant position overlooking a large area of the Torbay community, with Stage 2 consisting of the removal of existing classrooms, and the excavation and retaining of existing contours to allow for an extension of the carparking area and new caretakers building.
