Building 62 as it is referred to, was procured slightly differently. A more or less replica of Building 63, we simply negotiated an open book GMP to ensure an early start on site. It also consists of a full basement and 4 levels of residential apartments, 24 units in total. Primarily a concrete, precast and structural steel structure, it also involves pre-cut pre-nailed frames and lightweight roof trusses. The building cladding is typically weatherboard with a small amount of solid plaster. A number of feature positive trims, eyebrows and generally aesthetically pleasing detailing is the key strength of this development. The interiors are fitted out to a very high quality with high end fittings and fixtures. The building is also heavily serviced requiring a keen eye for coordination.
