Our first project at Kensington Park operating under the Southpark development brand. Garden Point Apartments as they are known, consist of a full basement and 3 levels of residential apartments, 24 units in total. Primarily a concrete, precast and structural steel structure, it also involves pre-cut pre-nailed frames and lightweight roof trusses. The cladding is typically weatherboard with a small amount of solid plaster. A number of feature positive trims, eyebrows and generally aesthetically pleasing detailing is the key strength of this development. The interiors are fitted out to a very high quality with high end fittings and fixtures.
