The Karepiro Drive Live/Work development is the first project of this type that we have undertaken for a repeat business customer. The development consists of a commercial space downstairs with high stud storage complemented by 2-bedroom apartment living upstairs. The units feature specialist wall cladding, patterned precast concrete with a simple uncomplicated and uncluttered look. There are 27 units in total with substantial siteworks including car parking, retaining and feature landscaping. The interior finish is unique to the Charger Group ‘brand’, feature carpets, specialist tiling and high-end quality lighting. Another repeat business project with a valued client on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula.
