This is one of the first of HNZC apartment block roll outs. Situated close to both Fruitvale and New Lynn train and bus networks. The concrete structure uses a mix of insitu columns, prestressed shell beams, prestressed rib and infill flooring, prestressed flat slabs and precast wall panels. The upper level has a structural steel frame, a light weight framing and cladding system. All units have a deck and are accessed via breezeways with a mixture of glazed balustrades and full height metal screens.
