Our first negotiated Design and Build contract with Housing New Zealand following on from the very successful HNZC Ronaki Road. Located across the road on a lovely site next to the water overlooking the southern motorway. This particular development consisted of 10 dwellings made up by four 1 bedroom duplex’s, four 2 bedroom duplex’s and two 4 bedroom stand alone homes. We took the resource consent design HNZC had produced and developed the design for building consent ensuring it married in with the neighbouring properties and the surrounding landscape. We used the same favoured workforce who completed HNZC Ronaki Road for us allowing for a very smooth quick build. We look forward to working with Housing New Zealand again on another successful project.
