Our first project in the community housing provider (CHP’s) where we are producing affordable homes in South Auckland. Nestled amongst residential homes and in close proximity to a shopping centre and local transport links, our state housing experience sets us in good stead. The build is of a generally more solid style (blockwork, precast and comfloor with concrete toppings) with breezeway access and a nice level of amenity. That amenity includes bike racks, washing lines, vegetable gardens and a nice mix of soft planting. This sector is one we plan to grow with repeat business opportunities with the original developer of this complex.
