A single level, timber framed rest home and hospital for the Christian Healthcare Trust due for completion in early 2020. The project is split into three stages, providing 60 new rooms upon completion. Notable elements of the project include the refurbishment and incorporation of the existing heritage villa within the new build and maintaining a live care environment and access to the existing facilities throughout the project. This is our first venture into the aged care accommodation market, an area we intend to target further going forward.
