A small but complex project on the intersection of Anzac Avenue and Beach Road in the city, this project for the Tournament Group was one of the most challenging projects we have undertaken. The major stakeholder requirement was the operation of the billboard as early as possible to ensure an income stream as soon as possible. The next target was the car parking on grade followed closely by the 5 retail units at street level along with a feature spiral staircase.

This project received a silver award at the 2018 New Zealand Commercial Project Awards.
