15 Andersons Road otherwise known as the fields was a body corporate complex which consisted of three blocks 1 – 7, 8 – 11 being of three
storey three bedroom units and 12 – 14 being a block of two storey 2 bedroom units .The reclad consisted of a rigid air barrier on a cavity clad with linea weather boards painted in a warm neutral tone which was broken by dark horizontal coloursteel feature panels which picture framed the upper windows creating a clean sharp contrast. Nice wide and deep enviroclad membrane box gutters divided each unit with a new coloursteel roof with wide eaves protecting the now classic weathertight building with character. This project was finished on time and within budget.
